It's a single 1:1 coaching call (or a bundle), just you and me, built around the one thing you want to work through. No curriculum to keep up with. No homework pile. No commitment beyond the call itself.

Before We Meet
You'll fill out a quick Magic Mirror intake so I walk in already knowing what's on your heart. No wasted small talk; we go straight to the good stuff.
On Our Call
For 60 focused minutes, we get into it. We'll trace what you're thinking → emotions → actions (my TEA Loop), gently audit the story you've been telling yourself, and adjust it into something truer. And yes, we'll catch Bianca, that inner mean girl, mid-sentence, and finally teach you how to talk back to her.
Before We Hang Up
You'll walk away with one anchor to hold onto and one clear next step. Not a vague pep talk. Something you can actually do.

I'm a VSG patient myself, which means I'm not coaching you from a textbook; I'm coaching you from the other side of the same journey. I know the head games, the identity shifts, the "the weight came off but the noise didn't" of it all. Sparkle Sessions are how I show up for you, one-on-one, right in the moment you need it most.
